1. Download the Turtle software
Please visit the download page and download a version of Turtle for your platform.
2. Request a License
Turtle will not work without a valid evaluation
license. You must request, receive and install a license before Turtle can run. Please note
that an evaluation license is not the same as the
software you downloaded from the site. Click here to
request a license.
After you have requested a license you will receive
a time limited license by mail. You then need to install
the license. See below for details.
3. Install the license
The license file you downloaded must be installed before you can use Turtle. Please click here to see how you install the license for your platform.
4. Install Turtle
Click on the install file that you have downloaded. Turtle will now install automatically. Once you have installed the file you need to check the Turtle option in the Maya plugin manager.

Version of Maya you are using
Version of Turtle you are using
Which platform you are using (Macintosh, Windows, Linux etc)
Which version of the operating system you are using (Windows XP, MacOSX 10.2, RedHat 9 etc)
A description of the problem you are having, including any error messages. The more details you include the better we will be able to help you
If possible, the scene file or an image illustrating the problem
Every detail you can provide will help us solve your problem quicker!
