Surface Transferring in Turtle
In this Tutorial you will learn how to use Turtle's Surface Transfer functionality and use it for Normal and Occlusion Samping.
The Tutorial is divided into four seperate parts. They build on each other so it is recommended to read through everything from start to finish once. The different sections tell you how to:
- Set up Objects for Surface Transfer: Learn the basic workflow of the Surface Transfer and how the technology works.
- Transfer Normals: Take the normals from a high poly mesh and place them on a low poly mesh.
- Transfer Occlusion: Take the occlusion value from the high poly mesh and transfer them onto the low poly mesh.
