Q: The NURBS tessellation behaves worse than in Maya. (Turtle 3.1 and earlier)
A: Enable "Use exact Maya tessellation" on the tab Tessellation->Turtle on the NURBS
geometry. You can easily overrride the tesselation setting for all NURBS objects by choosing
"Render Globals->Overrides->Exact Maya Tesselation"
